Opposition MPs visit prisons By Parliamentary Press Opposition legislators have visited prisons in Mbarara, where inmates complained of torture before they are charged in courts and the long periods spent on remand. Led by the Leader of the Opposition, Hon. Winfred Kiiza, the MPs visited and interacted with inmates at Kakika and Mbarara Main Prisons respectively. The vaccine, which will be available for free in health facilities throughout the country, is the 11th vaccine to be added into the national schedule of the expanded programme on immunization in Uganda.
