According to Priscilla Akora, Head of Marketing and Communications, the campaign aims to strengthen customer relationships by adding a personal touch and celebrating clients in meaningful ways.

“Therefore, the rebrand is more than a name change; it is a renewed promise to serve our customers better, and by welcoming Pearl Santa into our branches, we are putting a face to our appreciation as well as creating moments of human connection and lasting relationships with our customers,” Akora concluded.

She went on to say that Pearl Santa will visit select branches to make merry, cut cake, and interact with customers about the transition journey from 9th December to 23rd December 2025.

The rebrand follows approval from the Bank of Uganda for the institution to operate as Pearl Bank.

The bank plans to roll out additional activities aligned with its mission of fostering prosperity for Ugandans, focusing on promoting sustainable financial inclusion and stimulating entrepreneurship and service delivery.
